Is it just me or do inept, moronic, bosses talk the MOST about excellence in the work place? The current boss saunters in 2 hours late after we get there, leaves us 2 hours early with no dismissal, ambushes us with unscheduled meetings, and concocts “new” solutions that are worse than what we already do. No WFH except for her. Yet she rants the most about excellence in a stagnant organization
