How is it possible the local schools here can afford to pay their teachers over $100K/year, but everywhere else teachers are living in poverty? Any teachers that can comment on this? If this small town can do it, why can't the rest of the country? Teachers are the cornerstone of our children's future. I am so proud my town is doing this.
