So the other day received an email from my manager stating “…it has been brought to my attention that sometimes you leave the office early…” first of all, literally everyone I work with does! If you’re wanting to get home a bit earlier and have finished all your work for the day, you head out early, literally everyone does it! Long story short, I explained this to my manager, she was actually very understanding but now I can’t help but feel I’m being constantly watched, id also love to know who brought this to her attention and no longer feel I can trust my coworkers, how can I get over this? I only have 3 months left working here but don’t want to be constantly watching my back.
