So I just hit six months at my new job, and this other guy just hit one. Got to bitching about the money we make, and it turns out I make significantly more than him, despite the same technical backgrounds and similar work experiences. We work on the same project, and I’ll be damned if he isn’t a bit better than I am at it. He has his first review after 90 days, which is about 60 days from now.
How can I help him get at least to the same level of compensation I’m getting? What can I say to our boss, what can he say during his review?
