Hello everyone,
First off, I wish I knew about this subreddit earlier, the memes, community, and overall vibe are things that are great for a recent graduate who is getting into the job industry.
I need some insight/tips regarding how staffing agencies can best hire workers? How can they attract and retain them? The struggle here with the company I am consulting for is attempting to fill in the 800-900 job openings and understanding why people are not seeking jobs in the first place, I am also curious if any of you have experience with them.
