Today at the corporate healthcare for profit company I work at I got my bum chewed. A had a caller tell me I was a “forking botch” multiple times. When I informed him I was not his Google service he called me verbally abusive names one more time before I hung up.
Well the gentleman called and complained about my poor customer service. Without mentioning his verbal abuse.
I got a coaching session today with my supervisor. This happened a week ago. But she waited until after the day I replied to an email letting her supervisor and a lead physician that myself nor my coworker would be able to attend because we had to cover the front desk. I also was told that some of my coworkers think I am rude. I do not talk to anyone.
I have also been talking about unions.
I have had other coaching sessions where my supervisor told me I need to think before I email. And that I come across hostile and threatening in my emails. I am Neuro divergent, but not officially diagnosed. When I email I send statements of fact. But in corporate America that is hostile and threatening. Let that sink in.
So I am pretty sure they are setting me up and painting me to be the boogeyman so they can fire me. I live in Colorado and it is an at will state. But the lengths Corporate America will go to to protect their greed is cut throat. I hope someone follows my story. I would bet every penny in my bank account today! That I am going to get fired. Because I am going to make them fire me to give cause while documenting online they give me!
