[US] Is it common for employers to pay for your health insurance premiums?

I have almost two years post-grad experience and I'm still at my first post-grad job. The salary is bad, but they 100% cover the premium for a platinum health insurance plan. I utilize healthcare often so this is a great deal for me. I just had my annual evaluation and received a slight raise, but I'm still underpaid. I may consider looking at other employers that compensate better for my skills and experience. For those who are employed, does your employer cover your health insurance premium? How common is this? When looking at other job postings, I want to know if I'll need to consider the costs of health insurance when comparing it to my current salary. Thank you!
