I have almost two years post-grad experience and I'm still at my first post-grad job. The salary is bad, but they 100% cover the premium for a platinum health insurance plan. I utilize healthcare often so this is a great deal for me.
I just had my annual evaluation and received a slight raise, but I'm still underpaid. I may consider looking at other employers that compensate better for my skills and experience.
