Don’t work jobs that underpay you but expect you to work 60 hours a week to make up the difference

I recently learned what it means to be a wage slave. I had recently gotten a job that only paid $13 an hour but expected you to work 60 hours a week to make up for the abysmal pay. It was a construction job if anybody was wondering. And this is just some advice to anybody who is on the fence about being anti-work. As somebody who isn't necessarily anti-work but finds that the right job can actually make work feel like not work, do not hesitate to walk away from BS jobs that make you into a wage slave by not allowing you to have enough time to yourself or to find a new job, while paying you as little as possible
