Hello all,

I was hired as the general manager for this company after the old GM had walked off the job. They put the son of the owner in charge to band-aid the situation and he had no experience in machining, or management. I had 20 years of machining and management experience. He refused to talk to me most of the time, and would message the employees individually to see what was happening. I couldn't even buy as much as a floor mat without him cancelling the order to purchase his own version which was incorrect for the setting. Also, walking it out onto the floor and delivering it like a gift from the gods.

Don't get involved in companies where the owners family are in key positions. This guy was never supposed to be my manager, but because he was the son he thought he was. Let's just say things didn't end well between myself and the company. I imagine the throwing knife board was put back up after I left.
