I absolutely refuse to check my work email at home. Send it to personal email to call me if it's an emergency. The work email is for work only. I'm not going out of my way to check it. If I have a long stretch off(I have 9 days off in a row every 3 weeks) I haven't checked it in that time and that should be expected. Let me know if you also refuse to check work emails on personal time!
