I do not agree with everything or even most things on this sub but I do find it interesting. I would love to hear some feedback on things I haven't really been able to get just responding to comments here and there. This is a genuine interest with no intend to mock, troll or anything like that.

What do you feel an employee working at a McDonald's register should make? How about Starbucks? Does the establishment matter?
I see people reference the increase in productivity not being inline with the increase in pay. I work as a Controls Engineer (industrial automation and logistics), how much of the increase do you feel comes from labor force vs technology?
Do you think companies should have a cap on their earning potential?
As employ it is easy to see things from the employees point of view, has anyone tried to start/run a business? Is there anything people who haven't seen things from a different perspective are not seeing?
