Work gives me anxiety.

I have been an introvert and anxious/uncomfortable about public speaking for over 30 years. I of course do it when it’s mandated but it is the most nerve wrecking thing ever and I find myself worrying for days or weeks on end. Is this something that can just be fixed with therapy or something that I need to find a more comfortable role for?
