At this point I feel I want to get a lawyer and try and sue them for discrimination and harassment. At this point they seem to not let it go and admit that they lost or did any wrong doing. It’s been a year.
To me, the fact that they keep pushing it shows how vindictive they are being.
Just not shore what kind of legal council I should be looking for. Never tried to sue a company for discrimination/ stress/ trauma and all that. The discrimination was because I’m gay and I called in to take my boyfriend to the hospital. They wrote me up for it. So I argued against it.
Pretty much said my relationship is different than having a wife. Not serious enough to be excused.
But anyway, some help would be nice. Thank you.
