Decided to quit after 2 weeks

Hey, so i'll start by saying i'm quite unlucky with work and sometimes i just make very unlucky work decisions. So. I took this job two weeks ago, because me and my partner are in tense financial situation and i wanted to work. Shitty payment and i knew even this little will cost me a lot. So i started and i was doing pretty well. Manager appreciated my work and i can say we have quite fine work relationship. After like two shifts they put me into preparing coffee (just shots and stuff) and other employees started to be more and more rude. After today they went full on bitching at one new girls that wasn't there and they were pretty bitchy (aka passive aggressive and offensive) to me too. And i found out that i will leave quite a big part of my paycheck at health insurance or taxes,…

And i found out that i will leave quite a big part of my paycheck at health insurance or taxes, for May it's over a half of what i'm gonna get there (money for 5 shifts). There are some rules about that, everything is fucking complicated and you won't find an answer till you are in that situation, basically. I better not get into details, but it's fucked up.

So, connecting all the dots – low pay, shit tone of stress, some aggressive coworkers.

I am out. The only thing i worry about is how i'll tell the manager – he's a good guy and he's taking on a lot of things.

I try to tell myself it's his decision to take a lot on and that it's his decision to keep working for that company as well.

I feel like i have the right to quit. He is fine, but maybe he, as a manager, should somehow handle the aggressive employees?

Anyway, my first post on reddit. I hope i said everything clearly and thanks for any comments! Plus english is not my first language, so i hope ya'll be able to understand.
