Any advice for someone not on happy ground w their management? Been in a Department management position for almost 20 years but what used to be a coworker that I never got along with is now my boss. I can do no right. Borderline harassment. What do I need to know if the axe falls? Do I have to sign their papers etc? Is this the right community to ask or labor lawyer better?
