I was really just trying to protect my teammates. They were speaking with no filter, I didn't want them to get in trouble. So I invited them to add me on discord and I'd make a server. People are telling me to be on my best behavior so they can't fire me for anything else. I'm kind of scared, everyone says “don't be.”
I'm mostly scared for my dear friend, who posted his new wage on Teams so everyone knew. We were fighting for a higher wage as a team and only a few got one. Those who got a higher wage had been particularly outspoken and they stood up for us, saying everyone should get one.
Both of our parents told us we should be more compliant, but we don't want to do that. They made us feel like we're crazy, but I don't think we're being crazy! What is crazy about a well deserved raise, or a cost of living adjustment?
Anyway, I get back in on Monday. We'll see how it goes.
