Hi I just want some opinions for this matter.
I (21) worked in a clinic with the uniform being scrubs
Scrubs can be expensive from cheapest being 10 to around 30 and I didnt have money to be really dishing out lile that. But the scrubs i had were baggy as im rather tall but small so i rather have near baggy clotbes then clothes that fit a child ya know?
Nothing too baggy even they didnt touch the floor just covered around my sneakers.
I was on probation ofc and when it came time for it to end my bosses said im an excellent worker but my clotbes are not professional because they are baggy. I did find cheap scrubs to buy and though they didnt fit length wise they werent bagging around my shoes.
Then came i told them i was going on vacation and underneath i said I had an appointment also.
they confused the appointment date and vacation date though they were sent on different days so im not sure how that worked
but they didnt apporve me for my appointment but i already set it so I couldnt just not take it especially since I contacted the doctor themselves to ask for it
the next monday they fired me
i found out it wasnt technically being “fired” but because i was still in probation as they extended it due to my baggy pants I technical failed my probation
is there anything i can do? i mean im going to school so i dont..really care they were ass bosses anyway but still ya know?
