started a new job and I’m ready to quit

I started a new job about 2 weeks ago at a dog daycare. Dogs are great but the management is laughable. So they recently had a mandatory meeting with no pay (on my day off after working 6days straight), at this meeting they implemented new rules. For example if you're late for ur shift then you're not allowed to go on break. Also no matter what time you're scheduled to get off your expected to stay “until the work is done”, which I'm scheduled to get off at 8pm but we don't end up leaving until 10pm because the procedures are flawed and don't allow enough time to actually do the job. Also they will be taking 30min out of our checks for break even if we didn't go on break. Other things, I have no health benefits and they don't even offer it for full time. They let aggressive…

Other things, I have no health benefits and they don't even offer it for full time. They let aggressive dogs in with history of biting multiple staff members. I've heard other employees talking about how their checks were short. And they use PAPER checks is 2022.

Should I even go back?
