Hours Got Cut 2 Weeks Into Being Hired

Hours at the corporate store job I work at got cut just two weeks into being hired. Manager and sales leader called me into the office for a “performance review.” The sales leader bitches about me making a trip to the restroom every day of June. I tell her I have digestive problems. She suggests I go see a doctor. I tell her I can't afford to. After a bit more chatter, they point me to the new schedules. Hours at the corporate store job I work at got cut just two weeks into being hired.
Manager and sales leader called me into the office for a “performance review.”
The sales leader bitches about me making a trip to the restroom every day of June. I tell her I have digestive problems. She suggests I go see a doctor. I tell her I can't afford to.
After a bit more chatter, they point me to the new schedules.
For the next three weeks they say, I and most of my coworkers' hours will be severely cut to save the company money.
I barely managed to afford rent this month. I can't afford my utility bills this month.
And after just getting hired, my full-time job of $13/hr will be reduced to just two days a week for the next three weeks.
They told me that I'm new and that if I decide to leave, they'll understand.
I now need a new job if I intend to be able to afford next month's rent and utilities.
It took me two weeks of applying just to get this job, and as for my new apartment, I'm locked in a one year lease.
Fuck me, I guess.

TLDR: My hours were reduced from full-time to two days a week for the rest of the month, just two weeks into being hired. I'm poor and can barely afford anything as it is, and now need to quickly and desperately job hunt again.
