Just started a new role as a server two day ago, first day I didn’t get enough support at all and being pass on the task that no one on shift knows how to handle. Yesterday I was being told that I have to pay for my mistake by my supervisor and she telling me that I choose to be here at work pulled the plug. I broke down and have to go home in the middle of my shift.
Today I am choosing not to go in for my schedule shift because I am mentally not fit enough to do so. Still don’t have the courage to rage quit as I already did that for two of my other customers service job.
I guess I can choose to work or choose to die so I can finally rest. I feel tired.
