recently got hired to a company who suggested me for another position with higher pay, i had zero experience but was willing to learn the role. Long story short, i go for some shadow training and immediately felt overwhelmed with the position. Contacted HR to switch me back to the position i originally applied for and never got a response, i’m suppose to return to work tomorrow and don’t even know what time i gotta go in or who to even report to. The company just doesn’t seem to wanna communicate and it’s very frustrating.
