I found these bracelets in a storage cabinet at work early on in my employment. Didn't think much of it and they didn't push their beliefs on anyone. I never saw anyone wear them or talk about their beliefs at work, so I forgot about it. About six months ago the owner started to wear one, but never talked about it. I finally asked a long time employee about them. He laughed and said the owner had them made and required everyone to wear one a couple of years ago, but it didn't last long. I asked him why it was funny and he said the owner's name out loud. Then it dawned on me, the owner's name starts with a “J” and the initialism is not the traditional meaning. I left at the end of April.
