Quitting a job due to atrocities against Palestinians

I currently work for an employer who actively brings up that they are Jewish. We set up for birthdays, proms, weddings etc;. I wouldn’t have much issue with one’s religion in the workplace. however there has been a few atrocities recently committed against the Palestinian people and I no longer feel comfortable working with this employer to say the least. What would be the best way of going about this.
