They are illegally stealing money upon people's resignation from their company.
They are false stating that it is their policy that commissions are forfeit after you leave the company.
Example: I earned commissions for a whole month and a half (prior to my resignation), including 15 move-ins, in that time frame. They are refusing to pay me, and refusing to show me where it states that commissions are forfeit upon leaving.
