Give a guy a “chance”, a job that is just at the borderline of what he is willing to accept. Always keep pushing him beyond his personal limits and if he seems to handle it, push harder. At one point he will quit or do enough mistakes for you to legitimately fire him. Don't forget to sue him for legal reasons, small rules that were mentioned in the contract but you never told him about and kept record of breaking said rules. Now that guy will be without a job, with minimum self esteem, probably with some addiction and if he tries to blame you or the system, people will kick him even further down.
Repeat untill that guy dies of stress, overdose or whatever, not your business, you have other things to do.
