And I couldn’t be more proud of her. You rock on Christina. Her breaking point was when our ED decided to move the whole team she had be I charge of for years 30 miles away, for no reason. It was one of many arbitrary decisions our deaf ED makes, and the worst part is we are a non-profit. Our org has now lost 15 years of dedicated I institutional knowledge because our blowhard of a director can’t pull his head out of his ass. This is now the 4th executive team member to leave in 3 months, and he sits around and wonders why people are leaving. His management style is outdated and he sees no reason to change even with insurmountable evidence to the contrary. Thanks for the inspiration Christina!
