Access VR is a disability employment program in State Department of Education. I am enrolled due to disability. Job coach (employment specialist) from Access will speak to Human Resources next week regarding discrimination I experienced at work place. Does anyone else have this experience? Would my job coach taken seriously by Human Resources? 🥺 I am concerned they would not take her seriously because I am an adult, and basically having another adult advocating for me. She is advocating for me because my complaints are not being taken seriously. I really hope this works, but I am afraid if it would only make my situation worse (by demonstrating tht I rely on other ppl )
