I have officially revoked my 44 hour a week contract.

Background: I work for a tree company which does not qualify for overtime and I signed a contract stating I will work more then 44 hours a week without overtime pay. This has allowed my boss to make us work 11-12 days 5 days a week and even gets us to come in on Saturdays. I am 20 years old and im the first person in 10 years of this company running to stand up and get my life back. I feel so good to have stood up and put my foot down. I hope others continue to stand up to their boss and tell them no. Im now encouraging my other co workers to do the same. We have rights and we have power together.
