I have a 1 year vesting cliff.
I was a high performer, the team liked me, some higher-ups like me. They even written nice LinkedIn recommendations.
In the termination papers, it's just bye.
I hate this, makes me wanna antiwork.
Do I have any recourse? I haven't signed the termination papers.
