But my company unlawfully terminated me and I am now consulting a lawyer about suing them for owed wages on my commission (about 25k) They had the balls to email me asking for the work laptop – (which is funny because they are fully remote so what would they do with it?) Can I just ignore it? Let it escalate? Any past experiences in this area?
