“Time Off”

I just started a new job not even a week ago that has a ridiculous “time off policy”. Basically you have to request days off at least 2 weeks in advance (as most jobs do), but if you’re requesting a day off that you’re already scheduled for you have to find someone to cover your shift. If you don’t get your shift covered and don’t show up for your scheduled shift, you get written up. Not even a week into this job and I already want to quit.
