Today I had a job interview at 10:00 a.m. it was about 45 minutes away so keep in mind I would have to make that drive every day twice. I got there around 9:55 a.m. but by the time I walked in the building it was 10:00 exactly. I tell them I'm there for an interview and she takes me back there and to sit and wait and she'd let them know I was there. So a couple minutes later two of them come in, and I do the whole interview I did a good job it was about 30 minutes long. I come to find out about 2 hours later they told my employment agency that I was 4 minutes late and that was a bad reflectivity of me and they didn't think I'd be a good fit. So my question is if they truly thought that why did they waste all of our time to do a full on interview and then lie and say I was late? Now keep in mind I'm not upset I didn't want to make that commute everyday but it would have been a good job to have.
