Gas is expensive, not quite the ideal job to have right now. Tips are low to non existent – which I can't blame people. Our pizzas are CRAZY expensive. On top of that is a delivery fee which doesn't go to the drivers. In the heat of the moment of working my ass off driving to and from the store in 100 degree heat in a car with broken AC, I get pissed when people dont tip, but again i do understand it once I rationalize.
At this rate ive literally been spending more on gas than I earn. I should not be working 50 hrs a week and come home with a paycheck that pretty much reflects 25-30 hrs of work. I don't go to work to pay to.. well- work.
Anything I could do to unethically get some more money in my shifts? I'm scraping by here
