Has anyone felt hurt when a someone in another department responds to your enquiry with only capital letters and !!! as if to yell at you? I’m a sensitive soul and I had a genuine question that was in a nice email and wasn’t even directed to this person they were just CC’d and the tone of their email was as if they are reprimanding/ yelling at me. Am I overreacting? I cried. I just feel like I took a verbal beating for what?????? I could never respond to someone at work LIKE THIS!
