I joined a new company back in April and absolutly hate it, was sold a job and not what i sold when i started. Very micromanaged with every email sent out being checked. If i quit in mid July should I give notice or just fuck them off? I will never want to return or speak to the owner or other directors ever again. I have someone in management who would give me a reference, we have got very close on a very short space of time. Im still on probation and in the UK Thanks
