Indeed Job offers say FT but then become PT when you get the job.

I have run into about 10 different companies who are just flat out lying on their Indeed ads. Basically they want college educated people to spot the ad, apply, interview, then get told it's actually PT with 36-38 hours only. I don't see how this shit is helpful to anyone and I don't get why companies are flat out lying to people. It leads me to believe the comments about these companies not really wanting to hire anyone. I found atleast 4 more ads as of yesterday where it's listed as FT work only for there to be no benefits package. Its all bullshit. I wanted to post this to find out if anyone else has noticed this? I recently had an interview, got to the next step and told the interviewer that I was under the impression the job was FT? It said that on Indeed , they reply…

I wanted to post this to find out if anyone else has noticed this? I recently had an interview, got to the next step and told the interviewer that I was under the impression the job was FT? It said that on Indeed , they reply with ” well I'm not going to lie to you” we had built a little rapport so I think this person was being genuine.
