Is this even legal? I'm not the new guy but my boss flat out admitted to us that he isn't paying the new hires for training because it's not the real work. Motherfucker yes it is. We literally had to serve customers on the first day of our training. We're located in Texas and the company is a Marble Slab Creamery chain. What should I do? Should I report this?
