Read somewhere the inflation is capitalist class’ response to power imbalance after furlough/remote work + the great resignation

That workers were gaining ground due to political and economic context. So now we got inflation and recession despite corporations making massive profits. In UK inflated gas/electric prices are pushing people back into begging for work, back to position of increased dependence and desperation. All we get is advice on foodbanks, like this is the set expectation. Thoughts on this theory that this is the link?
