I reported him to my work and the police.
My work told me they cannot do anything about actions of employees outside the workplace.
I called the cops, they told him to stop. But he didn't. He is right outside right now because he has groomed my disabled upstairs neighbor into being his friend. So the cops consider him an “invited guest.”
I asked the cop what evidence I needed to get him to leave me alone and the cop said “rape.”
I'm absolutely terrified.
Update: cops just showed up and again told this guy to stay away from me. BUT since he is “friends” with my neighbor who has the mentality of a 12yo, he is able to come around my apartment any time he wants.
