A quick follow up.

Hello there, my name is Ethan Grimes. I posted the cover art for my book The Death of Customer Service to this subreddit maybe 6 months ago. People seemed interested, so here's another post with an update. The book is now complete, and I'm giving away the e-book for free. I suppose that’s the long and short and TLDR of it, so here’s the link if you’re interested. https://ethangrimes.com/ It’s a humor/sci-fi novel about the customer service industry, told from the POV of a call center worker. If you’re not interested, please read on before downvoting, or just leave me alone, or downvote actually, whatever you want to do is cool. I’m posting this book on r/anitwork because I think the people of this subreddit will enjoy the story.
Also because:
The customer interactions within the story are real life moments that I personally experienced and I want to tell people about them, partly because they are absurd on a level bordering on fictitious.
If you work in customer service you might have experienced similar experiences yourself and we can both feel less lonely.
I want to write books that people want to read and sell enough that I don’t have to get fired anymore.
I’ve overcome my fear of rejection/self-loathing for self promotion.

I’ve posted this book on a few subreddits already, it’s going pretty good so far. I’ve sent out a little over 300 copies and all of the feedback has been positive, that makes me really happy.
If you read it, I hope you like it.

TLDR: I posted about my book on this subreddit awhile back and people seemed to be interested. So I figured I'd let everyone know that the book is now published and the E-book is available for free on my website.
