Company expects 45 hours of availability each week and will not post your hours/schedule until the night before. Is this allowed?

Management just decided that they will schedule everyone 8-5 and change your schedule to the actual hours the night before. We are to check before bed every night. Is there labor laws regarding this type of situation? I’m in Oregon and work as a nurse if that makes a difference. Please let me know if I can clarify anything or need to give more information.
