Hypocritical McDonald’s Managers

Today I had my first shift at McDonald’s, decided to take up the job as it’s pretty fuckin easy to land a job there (I straight up got the job by saying I need the money I really didn’t care if I got the job or not), the environment isn’t the worst I’ve been to, the kitchen is more staffed than when I worked at Sonic, 7 (3 when the rest of the staff leave after lunch hour smh) people in there instead of 2 (including me) when I worked at Sonic. During my shift I would see my manager and another coworker who I’m guessing has been there for a while both on their phones, later within the shift there’s nothing going on, not many customers are passing through, and I go on my phone to check my notifications and I’m told “you can’t go on your phone” I’m…
