I did well in my interview yesterday, and today received confirmation that I'd gotten an offer. The only issue is that while I'd seen wages of $15+ on average online(using sites like Indeed and Glassdoor), it's only $13 for me. The company's website that you use to apply has no mention of wages anywhere, so i had to resort to these. It was my first interview and I was afraid of mentioning desired wages, which again is my fault. But I was expecting at least $15/hr here. Is it at all possible to get that through to them without ruining my chances? For reference, I'm still in the offer stage. I want to stand my ground but still get this job…
