Its been a month since i work at my New job. Today the boss of the office said he needed to talk to me later when i asked him a question. I thought it was weird but did not question it more. At the end of the Day he met me and dropped this on me : ” I'm letting you go as of right now because you are not fitting in.”
I was like wtf… I ask him about it more and then he said that my coworkers said things about me and that i did not fit in.
I am really upset because i am a kind person with a lot of energy. I was never late, did everything and more, often stayed late to finish more work and felt “okay” with my coworkers. He also told me that one Day when they were showing me something i had to do that was not in the job description I questioned it and he did not like it. The task was to replace a coworker doing another job when the coworker is not there.
There is 1 or 2 coworkers that i felt did not like me but thought nothing of it because its normal to not have everyone like you.
So i am really pissed. I think he fired me because i have a personality that do not let people step on me and the woman working directly for him did not like me.
