I'm not a robot. I have a 3 hour summer class to get to (told him multiple times about class) and requested time off for family gatherings (and got approved for it) in advance! It's frustrating when he schedules me on days I specifically requested off then doesn't want to work with me to fix it.
I even wrote down when I need time off on a piece of paper for him to remember!
Oh one time (I have the class Tuesday and Thursday) I was scheduled for the morning shift, and when I talked to him, he made it sound like it was on ME, to find someone to swap shifts with! It was his mistake!
Well my mom told me one of the common reasons for people leaving jobs is bad management and he certainly won't cooperate. What happened to the “flexibile schedule” part of the company's advertising for more employees?
