So my boss is leaving(great guy) but I feel I’m underpaid here and I’m not sure if I should look elsewhere too or push for a larger pay increase since we will have to pick up stuff. I work for a consultation company for OSHA regs/testing. I got this job out of college at a decent wage(comparatively) but I feel like my wage hasn’t been upgraded much compared to inflation. Is it better to find another company or ask for better wages?
