I come from working in family owned restaurants and helping to manage them. Since I have started working for a big company and seeing how they test situations. It never been more clear to me how little shit they give about us just numbers. It fucks with the way I see work now because overworking myself and worrying about all these rules do nothing for me just stress me out and no one really fucking cares . I’m basically checked out, I still do a good job and get my stuff done but I’m just at that point where I’m done.
