I know most applicants have experienced this before…Why is it that employers whether state, county, city or federal jobs have to put you through so much bullshit and precious time JUST BE HIRED?!?
You jump through their hoops for weeks and even months and in some instances you’re not selected 🤦️
If they really need you why do they waste so much of time when you need a job and steady paycheck sooner than later…its become a joke. how many times have you said whenever they get back to you, you’ve already found a job given you couldn’t wait any longer?!? Am I applying for a job or under investigation?? 🤷️
