What are some things I can lie about on a resume that are less likely to get caught

I would say the one hole in my resume is length of time I was at employers, my last job actually verified length of employment of previous exp and waited til I was there for 2 months, this was a systems analyst role for a hospital so maybe not everyone does that. I’d like to know some other things I can embellish to help me get hired
