Is Roe reversal a direct attack on workers? What evidence backs it up?

I mean it. Several of us claimed that the SCOTUS decision is meant to increase population numbers so there's a steady supply of workers available. Is that true though? Why are so many companies covering travel expenses for employees to get abortions out of state (according to PR) Can a history of statements or positions from the elite uphold the claim? And to the extent this court decision is an attack on workers, what if instead it pushes people to mobilize for childcare reform and broader healthcare access?
